Beef cutting instructions. Select the cuts you desire (you won’t necessarily get all of these cuts if you only get a 1/4 beef) and call the beef cutter with the cuts you want.  Also, you need to select the thickness of the steaks, 1″ or 3/4″ or whatever you want.
